Got a booboo? Why scar? Mix aloe vera plant with vit e; place the liquid vit e(gel caps) on the skin, place aloe goo over it(or split the leaf and lay over it, and cover...dont let sun on it...til heals..fast healing!
Tummy hurt? yogurt, toast,
Naesated: Peppermint tea,spearmint,Licorice root(very sweet(50xs more than sugar)
Throat hurt? Echinacea liquid form
Vit E pill capsules:
Aloe Vera Plant: always have one, great for speedy scar recoveries.(see above, got a booboo?)
Echinacea:
Clay for polstice: good to keep handy for mixing for sting/bite
Cheyenne pepper:stops bleeding(but use on smaller wounds)..great for pulled tooth..acts to cut pain down!
